Terms & Refund Policy

1. Overview

These terms govern your purchase of digital products from StarterKit4U. By completing a purchase you agree to these terms in full. Payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record and handles all payment processing, sales tax, and VAT compliance on our behalf.

2. What You're Buying

StarterKit4U sells downloadable Django starter kit source code. After a successful purchase you receive a time-limited download link via email. The products available are:

• SaaS Starter Kit — Django starter kit with subscription billing, multi-tenancy, and authentication
• AI SaaS Starter Kit — Django starter kit with credit-based billing, API key auth, and async jobs
• Full Bundle — Both kits at a discounted price

3. License

Each purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the source code for personal and commercial projects. You may:

• Use the code to build and ship unlimited commercial products
• Modify the code freely to suit your needs
• Use the code in client projects

You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the starter kit source code itself — in its original or only slightly modified form — as a competing product or template.

4. Refund Policy

Because our products are digital goods with immediate download access, refunds are limited to cases where the product does not work as described. You may request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date if:

• • The starter kit is missing features or functionality that are explicitly advertised on this website.
• • The code cannot be set up and run by following the included documentation, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.

To request a refund, email hello@mail.starterkit4u.com with your order details and a description of the specific issue you encountered. We will work with you to resolve the problem first. If we cannot resolve it, a full refund will be issued.

Refunds are processed through Paddle (our Merchant of Record) and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method.

Refunds are not available for change of mind, failure to read the product description before purchasing, or if the product has been substantially used in a project.

5. Delivery

After a successful payment you will receive an email containing a secure download link. Links are valid for 24 hours and allow up to 5 downloads. If your link expires or you need a replacement, contact us and we'll send a new one promptly.

6. Support

For support, expired links, or any questions, reply to your purchase confirmation email. We aim to respond within one business day.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
